Hypnotherapy Session: lasts for approx one hour and costs £75. I also offer my clients free phone and email support in between sessions should you need it. I do not charge you any extra if your session goes over the hour, as I leave enough time between my appointments, so that you will not be rushed to finish if you need more time.

Hypnotherapy Session in the Salt Cave: Combining the unique health benefits of The Salt Cave with the therapeutic benefits of hypnotherapy. Salt therapy helps to calm the nervous system which has de-stressing relaxing effects, the negative ions from the salt help to achieve balance, clear impurities and cancel out negative and harmful electromagnetic vibrations from our environment. A private session of hypnotherapy in the salt cave lasts for approx one hour and costs £75. Come along and experience a detox of the mind and the body.

Relaxation Session: No therapy, just pure relaxation. A session lasts for 40 minutes and Costs £40, feel free to Bring a friend or family member along. Sometimes it’s nice to take time out for yourself to just relax and unwind. We all lead busy fast paced lives and far too often we rush around without giving ourselves the time we need to recharge our batteries. So why not give yourself the gift of a relaxing hypnosis session, go on you’re worth it!

Breakthrough Sessions: Essentially a spring clean for the mind, this is a fast and effective way of achieving significant changes in your life and can really help to set you on a new path. A half day breakthrough session last’s up to 4 hours and cost’s £300, to find out more click here
